Concept description

Zen is a discovery of Buddha-nature within each person, through meditation and practice of the Buddha's teachings. The ultimate goal is to become a completely enlightened Buddha.
There are few ways of zen meditation, and the most famous one is Zazen, sitting meditation.
Practitioner mostly sits in the lotus position and focuses on the internal aspects to regulate the mind. (I did similar thing in Yoga class. It means that yoga is related with Zen, in some ways.)

In these days, students do same things. For academic achievement, they sit in front of a desk all day and study. Sometimes, time solves the problem. Mostly, concentration is the key to enlightenment. Thanks to technological innovation, there are some devices to help student stay focused. They are based on neuroscience and brainwave. Although many people obtains assistance from these devices, the effect is doubtful and controversial. (Even there are few thesis about them!)

Concentration is very dependent on the circumstances. I'm listening the music and writing this article together. It's hard to focus on each behaviors. Writing this article is a high priority and listing the music is more like a temptation to escape from study. My brain is not enough for multitasking. There should be a controversy between two minds, study and sabotage, in the brain.

Speaking of devices I mentioned above, I got a sound source of one device, called MC-Square.
The manufacturer insists that it manipulates and activates brainwaves such as alpha-, beta-, or theta-wave.
I'm not sure it's effective because I just got a wave file, not a device.
But I can say that its regular beep also interrupts people.

Therefore, in this project, I'll express brainwave, controversy, concentration and interruption.
